Twin motor screener TMS
Model TMS Twin Motor Screeners are powered by twin rotating motor vibrators designed to give a linear and straightline type conveyance action. Our unit propels the product forward with a positive conveyance action designed to offer better stratification than typical sloped gravity or orbital type screeners. This vibratory action offers a more accurate sizing and more efficient separation, eliminating fines carryover. Isolation is provided by pneumatic air springs which are adjustable to suit variable loading conditions. Units can be furnished from 12" × 36" to 48" × 98" in 1, 2 or 3 deck designs. Standard features include a product loading impact plate and front bolt-on discharge chutes. Screen decks include wire cloth, perforated plate, wedge wire (profile bar) and grizzly bar designs. Top covers, inspection ports, dust boots and support bases are other optional features. Vibrator motor drives are BEST INC.'S own heavy duty integral self-contained vibratory motors, totally enclosed, dust and water-proof. There are no belts or sheaves to cause maintenance problems, no arms or cranks to break. Eccentric weights can be adjusted to vary stroke and final conveying speed. Twin magnetic starters or variable speed controllers are optional. Vibrator motors are 1800 RPM or 1200 RPM depending upon screen opening. Motors can be bottom, top or outboard side mounted, depending upon headroom requirements.  Model
