Model ASF air-operated screener feeder is designed to size, scalp, dedust, dewater and separate all types of materials. The drive unit consists of a quiet operating air piston vibrator, furnished with exhaust muffler silencers and all air controls. The rate of flow and intensity of vibration is precisely controlled by varying air pressure, from zero to maximum. Typical applications include media and parts separating, in parts tumbler and vibratory finishing applications, to scalping foreign objects out of chemicals and food products.

Standard base mounted units are shown. Optional suspension mounted units are available. Other special features include dust covers, booted inlets and outlets and stainless construction. Easily replaceable decks in wire cloth, perforated plate, wedge wire and tubular type grizzly bar decks are also offered.
