Bulk Bag Loaders - Model (BBL)

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer of Acetaminophen required a Bulk Bag/IBC Loader, suitable for NEMA 7/9, hazardous environments, and also suitable for installation in a sanitary washdown area. B.E.S.T. provided an all Stainless Steel constructed unit, with Stainless Steel platform scale. The "in feed" 10" diameter manual valve, funnel inlet and inflatable fill head were manufactured from Hastalloy "C", with all welds ground and polished. All the nitrogen purge control items were housed in a NEMA 4X Stainless Steel enclosure.
